This week saw the release of our research asking first time buyers' for their thoughts about getting on the property ladder, and whether or not they will seek independent financial advice. A whopping four out of five people said they intend to be on the property ladder within the next year, and a huge 82% will be seeking advice before they make any mortgage decisions.
