Unbiased, the site that connects millions to advice, has announced the shortlist for the Media Awards 2017.
For 13 years the awards have celebrated the work of professional advisers and journalists in promoting the value of financial advice in the media. For the first time, the awards have been opened up to all advisers listed on the Unbiased website, rather than just members of the Unbiased Bluebook, resulting in a record number of entries. There is however a new award category exclusively for members of the Bluebook, which is the go-to industry resource for journalists looking for expert financial commentary, opinions and case studies.
The awards are divided into two categories, one for journalists and one for advisers. Winners and commended entries will be chosen by a panel of industry experts and product providers, led by Karen Barrett, founder and CEO of Unbiased.
